Booz Allen Hamilton

Partner 2016-2022

Booz Allen Hamilton and IDSS joined forces in 2016 to educate the next generation of leaders in statistics and data science — and to develop an in-house pipeline of talent for the leading consulting firm, which has offices around the globe. Booz Allen Hamilton was an IDSS Strategic Partner until 2022.

Booz Allen Hamilton employees could select courses from the MicroMasters Program in Statistics and Data Science, developed by IDSS faculty, to enhance their skills in the following areas:

  • Probability: The Science of Uncertainty and Data
  • Data Analysis in Social Science: Assessing your Knowledge
  • Fundamentals of Statistics
  • Machine Learning with Python: from Linear Models to Deep Learning

Booz Allen Hamilton learners also had access to the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) for the duration of each class. TAs spend 20 hours per week creating supplemental materials and working individually with learners to ensure success in the course.
