IDSS honors 2020 graduates with virtual celebration
IDSS celebrated 2020 graduates virtually with remarks from faculty, students, and staff. This year’s graduates include the first doctor of Social & Engineering Systems, Ian Schneider. In addition, IDSS students were awarded 6 doctoral degrees in Engineering Systems, 1 interdisciplinary doctoral degree in Statistics, and 17 Master of Science degrees in Technology and Policy.
17 MIT undergraduates were awarded bachelor’s degrees with a Minor in Statistics and Data Science. There were also 26 graduates affiliated with the MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS).
