Ali Shameli

Postdoctoral Associate, IDSS

Ali Shameli received his Ph.D. from the MS&E Department at Stanford University. Prior to Stanford, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology.

His research is mostly in design and analysis of algorithms, operations research and optimization. Throughout his Ph.D. he has interned in several research labs including Google Research, and Microsoft Research. He is also the recipient of the best student paper award from the Conference on Web and Internet Economics.
